1.1. This Policy explains what data the administration of photo.smittmediagroup.ru (the “Service”, “we”) processes, why, for how long and how to delete it. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1.3. Consent to processing is given separately, by the checkbox next to the contact form: consent text.
2.1. Contact form: your name, a contact for reply (Telegram or e-mail), the task text, the page the form was sent from, IP address and time, the fact and version of consent. Purpose: to reply and discuss the shoot. Basis: your consent.
2.2. Live generator: the idea text, chosen style, a random session id stored in your browser, IP address, generated images. Purpose: run the generation, limit free attempts, prevent abuse. No account is needed. Do not put names, phone numbers, addresses or other personal details into the idea.
2.3. Server logs: IP, time, requested page, browser type — for security and troubleshooting.
2.4. No visitor counters, ad pixels or third-party analytics cookies are used. The browser only keeps the generator session id and page settings.
3.1. Form submissions are delivered to the administration via Telegram and e-mail; their servers may be located outside Russia.
3.2. The generator idea is translated into English and processed by a model on our own hardware. No third-party AI services receive it.
3.3. Data may be disclosed to state authorities where the law directly requires it.
4.1. Submissions and the consent log are kept for up to 12 months, generator data for up to 30 days, technical logs for up to 90 days.
4.2. You may withdraw consent, ask what data we hold, or request correction or deletion at any time by writing to windowsplanet@gmail.com from the contact you used. We delete within 10 business days and confirm by reply.
All images on the site and in the generator are created by a neural network on our hardware. People in the frames are fictional characters, not real persons. A real person's face is transferred only on request and with that person's consent.
If a generated image violates someone's rights or the law, write to windowsplanet@gmail.com: we review and remove within 24 hours.
